CARS strives to be an "all-hazards" rescue agency can respond to and handle heavy and techanical incidents that require specific, advanced training and specialized tools and equipment. We maintain several types of specialized & dedicated rescue teams to deal with the most unimgainable incidents such as victims trapped in collapsed trenches, citizens caught in flash floods or workers incapacitated on the roofs of buildings.
